Tomorrow I will be doing my first dressage test. I will be riding my daughter’s horse, Renfri (right). I practiced on Toledo, who does not do snaffles. Thus…this might not be my finest moment. Toledo will be there, jumping 60cm with her Wednesday teen. It will be the young lady’s first show.

The problem with dressage is they want braids in mane. I have suggested we just give Renfri a punk-short haircut like Toledo’s. Teen was horrified. So now I have to do a horse’s hair. Which I find ridiculous. But so are many dressage rules, like snaffel.
