There was a period in my life where my physio had me keep a calendar where I wrote down things like: - Sleep - Meds - Exercise -Weight -Food -Symptoms So I could just thump it on a doctor's desk. Very useful for everyone who just said, "Have you tried excerc--" THUMP!

Yeah, I've managed to get an appointment today, so we'll see if I get a referral or if I am once again told to take ibuprofen and lose weight....
