POTS aside for a moment, why would any think that fainting was because someone was spoiled? I don't get it.

Also, won't take my local GP for granted. All her staff are masked all the time. And they won't let you in the office without asking some triage questions and checking your temp. Then there is big sign on the door that says, "We have masks if you need one."

That's what I was wondering. What a weird conclusion to jump to. Also, what an absolutely unhinged thing to say to a parent, even if the child was spoiled.

I’m equally baffled. I did ask where this nurse grew up. She grew up in a war torn country. That may have something to do with it. I suspect many immigrants to this country get the impression white Aussies are lazy, entitled etc. Which is kinda right but also very wrong as a broad heuristic.
