My grandmother's recipe for apple crisp made with Georgia peach truck peaches. Technically, it's a crumble, not a crisp because the topping (although crisp) has no oats. Ahhh, who cares what it's called! Crisp (preferred) or crumble, it's yummy!

So American editions changed the title to "Sorcerer's Stone." Never could quite figure out why...except UK #ChildrensBooks books often seem to employ somewhat more complex language. Maybe that "educated proletariat" memo and its fallout strikes again?
