Yes, it’s making my brain explode, but worse, I’m irascible. I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to be near me. I basically have no more.F’s to give, and I’m letting people know that rather loudly. I don’t even watch @msnbc.bsky.social since the debate because I I don’t wanna listen to hysteria.

I’m trying to act normally, but can tell my sleep has suffered. I’m reading fiction A LOT more this past week! As far as MSNBC, I only watch it on delay, fast forwarding most of it, barely watching any of it. This is the least I’ve watched the news since 2015. Are they ever going to move on?! 😩
