Switched to Zylann's terrain add-on for my desert using textures I made in Substance Designer. It lets me generate dunes with an erosion simulation I can then author with sculpting tools within Godot. Very handy ! What do you guys think ? Shot from Godot Engine, everything else made in Blender3D.

Asymmetrical stick layout and no trackpads ? Bummer :/ Hope they make a controller that's like a Steam Deck but with just the handles stuck together someday. I'd pay good money for that.

To anyone reading this, I decided to give Linux a try on a whim despite my limited tech-savvyness and it's really not as hard as it seems. Just remember to back up your stuff before trying it in case of mistakes, find a 10m tutorial on youtube and you're off to the races !

My magnum opus. It's a joy to drive around ! It has full suspension, 4-wheel variable counter-phase steering and many other nerdy terms that make it sound like I know what I'm doing. Now all that's left is to build a whole entire game around it... (Made with Godot Engine & Blender)

Not sure if that's applicable in your case, but Godot supports Android. As in the whole editor. As in you can make games on the go. Not sure how ergonomic the UI is on a phone, but it's surprisingly usable on a tablet, and i've moved projects back and forth with desktop and nothing broke so far !
