Yeah... When you first posted about Engage that reminded me that I also still hadn't played it, and I did start it. But now Hades II entering early access is really the last nail in the coffin of finishing Engage anytime soon.

I've never used RSS or any sort of aggregator app, and at this point I'm not sure what would ever convince me to start. I much prefer bookmarking and regularly checking actual websites. Maybe that's just my age showing. (Mid-thirties.)

I just faced the question last year, not because my coat broke but because I transitioned and needed a cuter coat. I found one I quite like at Burlington. Thrift stores are also good advice, especially if you have time to browse multiple stores or are not picky about style.

You know, The Hobbit comes closer to that. They found a decent cache of treasure after Gandalf dealt with the trolls, and Bilbo's reward for completing the goblin tunnels was keeping a magic ring he found along the way. Yes, I am willfully ignoring the anti-greed moral of the book in saying this.

I read Dresden Codak years ago, then didn't bookmark it and forgot the name of it, then spent the better part of a decade wondering what that comic was, then about a year ago stumbled across the name and was like "THAT'S IT," then I got really excited when I discovered that we are both girls.

In high school I took public speaking. Late in the semester was a very open ended persuasive speech prompt and I came up with "nuclear power is good actually" as my topic. Three years later my brother took the same class with the same teacher and chose the same subject without discussing it with me.

I'm not defending the Red Scare and I'm not defending nukes, but I really don't like this particular solution. I doubt that putting Joseph Stalin, of all people, in charge of subduing Japan would have resulted in *fewer* civilian casualties. The deaths just would have taken longer.
