I think this is in response to the other supreme court case not the immunity one. Ohio banned abortion w/o exceptions for emergencies and the justice dept sued. The Supreme Court returned a verdict saying that EMTALA would supersede that Ohio law and that abortions for emergencies can go ahead.

Right. I figured that out. They just sent a reminder message to hospitals recently. It has nothing to do with the President is King ruling.
