Saturday 13 July 2024 Neuro Pride Ireland will be standing with Trans & Intersex Pride Dublin at their annual march However we won't be doing the full 2km. We'll be joining the protest at the Grafton / Nassau St Intersection which gives us the last 0.5km of march before speeches at the end <1/x>

We advocate for Neurodivergent equity and a neuroaffirming society We run social Zooms for neurodivergent adults We host Ireland's first ever Neurodivergent Festival which is coming into its 4th year We are a space for all Neurodivergent people to feel Pride about their neurotypes

Despite common belief, the Neuro Pride team have no interest in achieving political favour. It may shock some of you to know we can actually be quite isolated at political events due to our beliefs and stances appearing more radical than others: such as our anti ABA stance.

We by our very nature are political. We fight for Neurodivergent rights alongside those of our fellow marginalised humans. We engage in political activities such as speaking to government committees, attending and organising protests against unjust and unfit systems.

We will soon put all the details up online but we will once again will be providing a quieter space for people to come and relax on the day of Dublin Pride in Merrion Square Pride Village

We were invited into the Seanad by @TomClonan (w/ many other activists) to witness the Stage 3 debate on his disabled rights bill The govt decided not to oppose it, so it moves on to stage 4 Tues If passed by both houses, assessments of need will legally be required to be met
