In our #plantbased kitchen tonight: Musaka (Croatian spelling, otherwise written as moussaka)! Layers of sliced potato, fried aubergine, seasoned faux-meat filling with caramelised onions, and a cashew béchamel, baked until it all turns into magic. Best eaten lukewarm or cold! 🍜
