and of course after lobbying to stay out of the ETS and not take action on emissions, the farming community receives government support to help them through a climate-related drought...

Way too many cows! It’s not just them. Once the milk is squeezed out, the footprint keeps growing. Pasteurization, Storage, Packaging, Trucking and Refrigeration i All use fossil fuels

Last time I checked (and published on this), climate change was consistent with wetter Canterbury autumn trends, not drier. Drier Canterbury conditions are a feature of El Nino, which we had been in for a while.
