Yep, I'll never understand people who think you should agree with ALL the policies of a party before voting for them. Pragmatism isn't as widespread as I'd like. I've just voted - even though I had a couple of vaccinations yesterday and gravity feels quadrupled.

Just listening to some UK based podcasts about this, and there's a strong theory forming that the reason the debate was so early in the election cycle was so that it could be a litmus test for Biden to see if he's up to a second term, and if he failed then the Dems may ask him to retire.

Seriously, anybody who wants the absolute unaccountable power to moderate people should on no account be allowed to do the job (to misquote Douglas Adams). They were already on my radar for trying to enforce certain beliefs on people through moderation.
