It's partially a matter of timing. The sooner people point out Biden's issues, the more time the party has to course-correct. But the party and its voters spent much of the last year stridently shouting down all such warnings. That failure to adapt created a situation where criticism is dangerous.

And so while i think you may have a point, it's not one that's likely to soothe critics' wrath, because it's already been deployed against us in bad faith, and has become a self-fulfilling process through that course.
