They've only known for the last EIGHT years that there would be an Olympic games in Paris and they're saying 'onverwacht'??!!?! They've had EIGHT years to plan, to think of an alternative, to come up with something to cover those few weeks, but no, it's unexpected to them. Incompetent morons.
