Sort of glad I live in a Labour safe seat so am free to vote for whoever I want. I've voted Labour in the past, but won't again. Not until they majorly get their shit together which I can't imagine will be any time soon.

despite never having been a member I had a leaflet from Labour addressed directly to me through the letterbox the other day, which if I was still undecided would have put me off voting for them if anything. Not had a single canvasser from any party tho

on the motorway today I saw a van for a company called UK Milking Equipment or something and the plate was UK02 MOO as a non-drinker of cows milk I do at least admire them putting 100% into branding

some people just have bad vibes and it's difficult to say why at times. I've met a few people who initially had bad vibes but turned out to be cool, and some who seemed very cool but later turned out to be bad, but for the most part vibes are very reliable

Also people who speak languages other than English will pronounce English words with their own accent? Like that's just how language works. I can also think of a few words I deliberately pronounce wrong because everyone else does and I don't want to sound pretentious lol

We still have the same excellent postman we did back when Royal Mail was good, although now he turns up once or twice a week instead of 5 or 6, and he's more often than not in a rented van 🙃

legit would love to experience this! ok it'd get old fast but the other year it was -5 and I went for a walk just to see how it compared to normal UK cold, I was surprised to learn it felt completely different to 0 😅
