That one on the lower right is how I dislocated my artificial hip. Falling, having to scoot through the house to my phone to call an ambulance - such fun!

Oh no! That sounds very painful. I can do the bendy thing, but my arms stay where they naturally belong. I keep an extra phone at the bottom of the stairs in case I fall someday. You never know.
