I feel this law will be found unconstitutional. It is not illegal to be in a state of addiction. Drug laws address possession and distribution. The predicate to the "crime" is not a crime, stupid law.

The form is not required of "every gun purchaser." Republicans have fought very hard to preserve the "gun show loophole" that allows gun buyers in certain states to avoid this form specifically.
