I've had cases of drivers marking business closed or homeowners not around when I know full well that's not truth... and this is for next day service. Key learning for me is to pay for before 10 am delivery if it needs to be there the next day.

I have some hope that if dems hold the senate, regain control of the house, and Biden wins a second term, we can expand SCOTUS. I realize it's an uphill climb, but I don't see how we can continue with the current court. We can just disagree on the merit of 13 SCOTUS seats.

Number of SCOTUS seats is not specified in the constitution. There used to be one seat per circuit. It can be done via a law passed by congress and signed by the president.

I agree with your point regarding teaching to the test, don't want that. As an retired engineering manager, I feel you don't set goals that can't be measured, there has to be a way to measure key performance metrics.
