My read on this is that it was intended as a quick and easy backdoor way for cons to destroy more human rights in America, but the massive pressure campaign against the supreme court caused them to get cold feet at the last moment. Bullying works, keep it up.

If you're talking about the doctors and advocates that support access, perhaps surprised might be a better choice of wording? And if you're talking about the *anti* abortion advocates being shocked, maybe make that clear? Words matter.

Grrrrrr....the decision is, at best, a temporary reprieve. The case was not a ruling on the merits of access to the drug. It was essentially a decision that focused on how the federal court system determines *who* can bring a case. Yes the result is good, but the reasoning leaves the door wide open.
