I've heard this complaint over and over again but have yet to read an actual account that explains Nader's Raiders an factor in hampering the regulatory state. Any articles/books you recommend that make this point?

Sea level rise seems like a red herring (Sierra Club is starting to use this talking point)- TI and Mission Bay used fill to raise the land. No reason you can’t have a nice new marshland park and housing with the infill station. Hope Link 21 is looking at a station here.

One of the craziest stats I’ve seen is that 90%+ of white children in sf attend private schools. And this was from a decade ago! Wish I could find the source again.

I understand they’re different elections… I’m worried about voter fatigue in SF, especially when we need them to turn out for the 2026 funding measure. We’re seeing this already with SF electeds not going to bat for the 2024 Nov Housing measure bc they already got their Mar funding
