I mean nobody’s perfect, I think most people would understand that. If you delete something people have the opportunity to message you and ask why it was deleted. If it was a mistake, oh well, you can say so and ask them to repost it.

Too many chats are focused on being “fair” or upholding firm rules but, a group chat is just a chat. Nobody has a right to be in it, so if someone’s not abiding by what you consider the spirit of the chat’s purpose, then they’re gone. It’s a group chat not a government

Make entry arbitrary, the purpose of the group transparent, and make it clear that you have the right to remove anyone who’s not participating in the spirit of the chat. It’s your chat, you decide who stays and goes. If someone joins and posts low effort phone nudes, banish them to the shadow realm
