If someone is funny you just gotta keep em broke. Satirists go after whoever is across the line from them. As soon as poor, maligned people become the outgroup instead of the in group, they’re a target “Ok we’ll pay you $10k for 30 min- oh wait you’re a satirist? You’ll do it for a free appetizer.”
