Blame the „Zentralrat der Juden“ who have been dictating or at least heavily influenced the narrative in Germany for decades. They have been also especially quiet about Gaza. It’s other Jewish organizations trying to educate. But they lack the power, influence and resources.

German media has been very 'careful' not to show the atrocities Israel has been doing in Gaza since Oct. 7th. However, they don't miss the opportunity to remind us what Hamas did on Oct. 7th. The bias is disgusting. However, since like 2 weeks the narrative has changed slightly pro Gaza. 2/

As I said before: everyone’s has the choice what they allow to offend them and how much they want to suffer. I made my choice a long time ago, when I realized me being offended and traumatized was exactly what the racists wanted and I wasn’t willing to hand them the win. So I changed my strategy.

I remember when Israel dropped a bomb on the first hospital in Gaza and people spent 2 to 3 days saying that Israel wouldn't actually do this intentionally. We're now 3 months in and they have destroyed every single hospital in Gaza. 36 in total. Complete silence from the defenders.

I lived in many countries. I was subjected to blatant racism in Germany in the 80s, Spain in the 90s and the US. Until I learned how to deal with it. The moment I didn't allow them to diminish me, but instead embraced who I am and where I come from, that was when I took all power from them.
