He’s shielding Palestinians in the US from deportation, and is expanding acceptance of Palestinian refugees in America despite GOP attacks. I’d say Biden is doing not near enough. But Trump would do the opposite of not enough—he’d do everything he could to make things worse.

I don’t put a lot of stock in public statements, but it’s not true he has totally ignored Palestinian suffering. And I think he genuinely despises Netanyahu (and should). And there are things he’s doing that Trump absolutely wouldn’t.

Biden is actively talking to both sides to broker peace and trying to get Hamas and Bibi to accept the UN proposed ceasefire. Trump wants to withdraw America from the UN and would have no interest in a ceasefire. I think it’s functionally false that their positions are equivalent.
