Let it fry for about 8-9 minutes or until it is golden brown and cooked in the inside. Check if the inside of the Andagi has been cooked by skewering it and it comes out clean. Set the cooked Andagi on a wire rack or plate lined with paper towels. Andagi NEEDS to be eaten within a few days!!

Halve this recipe!! Or else you will need to give some of the Dango away QUICKLY! (the recipe didn't give any yield amount.) This is a dense Japanese ball shaped donut, a bit sweet, outside is crunchy. If you go to a Buddhist Obon festival get these Okinawan Dango! YUMMMMM! ❤️❤️
