I was just texting with my siblings. Our dad always made us sit at the top of the stairs until my mom got the coffee going and he got Christmas music on. Our parents have passed, but the memories are strong.

Each tin/tray is over 2 pounds, not including the candy bags, lol. We went through over 40 pounds of butter, 75 pounds of flour, 50 pounds of sugar, and much, much more. 25+ different cookies, at least 10-15 dozen of each:

Cookies are a big thing, especially for the hubby. Over the years his Christmas baking has grown. This year we (mostly he - I just decorate & clean!) made over 100 trays/tins to give away to friends & family. It’s our holiday gift to them. 1/2 Here’s some sneak peeks:

I’m selling our candles at a local brewery‘s holiday market, and explaining D&D basics to folks. I let them roll a D20 with each purchase - a Nat 20 gives them 50% off. I clearly cursed my dice before the market started. No 20s, but several Nat 1s.
