I have small paintings in the works, six different 5x5 pieces. But I have all these very unruly internal voices shouting at me about how dumb they all are. My whole life I’ve not felt this way. I think it is the fallout of AI worry, the election, the absurdity of it all. How does anyone turn it off.

I feel you. It's been nuts out there lately. Your mind is lying, of course: your work is as valuable as always, even if it feels harder to make anything make sense in this mess. Thankfully, they're just thoughts. You don't have to listen. Hang on to what brings you joy. It helps!
