I'm talking about medical diapers, specifically. Japan's average age is getting older and older. ABU does have a strong presence there, tho. An entire third of Love Merci's (sex shop on the Akiba strip) BDSM basement is devoted to ABDL stuff.

I've used the Kroger overnight ones for years now. Comfy, hold together really well, and hold a surprising amount for what they are (don't expect them to hold a flood, but for my smaller accidents they're perfect). Only downside is that cotton strands will peel off into lil nubs throughout the day.
