I gave up going to CLP meetings due to never ending sniping by the hard left at meetings and on Facebook. Their absolute mission seemed to be no compromise even if that meant no power. It was beyond infuriating.

I've already had someone insult me after querying their assertion that Labour performed better under Corbyn than Starmer (their metric vote share, mine seats). Harriet Harman pointed out many times today that Starmer concentrated on upping the vote in marginals, not safe seats.

Why is the fingerprint reader on my Pixel 7a so useless? My previous phone had an easy to use, infra red reader on the back of the phone. My new one has an optical reader on the screen. Apparently my fingers are too dry, not greasy enough or some other lame excuse.

You shouldn't take that out on people. A similar thing happened in Devon where the Lib Dems let the Tories sneak in, and we almost didn't win North Somerset because of a big lib dem third vote. It's the system that's at fault, not the voters.

I don't agree. His mission, and he knows it well, is to address fundamental issues such as bad education, lack of jobs and housing etc, which are all issues that the fascists feed on without ever seeking to resolve.
