[Trump v. US (6-3)] It’s a split for immunity. “Core functions” of the President (appointing ambassadors, etc.) carry ABSOLUTE immunity. FORMER presidents can claim immunity for SOME official acts. No immunity can be claimed for UNofficial acts.

Sidenote: Basically, if successful, those challenges would have barred platforms like Facebook and YouTube from moderating posts as stipulated in such laws (read: basically those laws wanted to stop platforms from moderating alt-right and N*zi propaganda)
