So, after using a theragun on the area on my back the doc said had spasm'd(?), I felt a bit better. Then I took the muscle relaxer and what I think was just prescription Aleve and went to bed...*doodlydoodlydoodly* TEN HOURS LATER-! I woke up completely fine. Still a little tender on my back...

Sidenote: in Thomasās concurring opinion, he went to so far as to say that Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed. I donāt think his voice alone on such CHANGES anything, but seems to suggest if a decision ever came to make Trump a king/dictator, he will rule in favor of it.

What this appears to mean: all actions in Trumpās criminal cases need to be separated into official/unofficial acts. Official while Pres are dropped as immune, official as FORMER litigated, UNofficial acts are fair game. They also brought into question the obstruction of official proceedings.

[Trump v. US (6-3)] Itās a split for immunity. āCore functionsā of the President (appointing ambassadors, etc.) carry ABSOLUTE immunity. FORMER presidents can claim immunity for SOME official acts. No immunity can be claimed for UNofficial acts.

[Moody v. NetChoice, NetChoice v. Paxton] Both cases were vacated because the lower courts did not properly consider the nature of their challenges and how to apply laws a state would add to such. Basically, Section 230 and the way platforms moderate/present content stands as it is - for now.
