Dems need more trust, mentoring & teamwork so leaders in office systematically include the next generation. *Every* leader is replaceable. Obsolescence is built-in. There's no time for prima donnas. We need to bring youth/innovators through the ranks. It's a long relay race, not a solo sprint.

have the will to handle so much as a family pet who bites. Remember his German Shepherd that bit a security guard? Why didn't they put a muzzle on him? Keep him on lead & under control? They let him seriously bite *12* more times before taking action. That's inertia that "seems" trivial but isn't.

This is what we saw at the debate. Convicted felon and rapist Trump lies so much & and cares so little for anything other than his own interests, that it leaves Biden, as a person with a sense of civic duty, flabbergasted. Yet, Biden's been in D.C. long enough, he should have been prepared .

And even the Reuters article notes that the administration, in hindsight, would have handled things differently. In politico speak it as in the purple highlight. They had a learning curve to deal with the level of chaos Trump left in his wake.

Neither he nor Blinken have stood up to the genocidal mania of Netanyahu or had the cojones to stand with the UN v. oil interests. Biden has done good things in his long career.He's also done some not so great things. Palestinian genocide with US bombs being in the latter category.

If you love fireflies and live where they do, there are a few things you can do to help them. Don't use pesticides in your yard, leave some long grass (edges, a patch), and leave some leaves in the fall. This will help them, all the other bugs in your yard, and the birds that rely on them for food.
