I’m sure one day a history will be written about this. I think allowing community labellers is an interesting experiment, but communities implode and whilst it’s a mess it’s not inherently “shameful”. I’m hoping Taurus will pick up the gaps, proving once again the internet is built on furries.

i've said this before, but i would also just be okay with Bsky giving users the ability to have private "LJ-notes" style labeling? i don't need someone else to necessarily tell me why someone's a person i don't want to interact with and i don't need the world to know, but i'd like to remind myself?
