They are doing it for Saint Bork. .. and by extension, Scalia. The story is that Biden rejected Bork because he wasn't a lefty. That's non-sense. Bork was rejected because he fired Archibald Cox after the DOJ chain of command refused to do so. Bork wanted absolute presidential power.
