Infinite regress was solved by Theodor Suess Geisel when he named the bottom turtle “Mack.”
Delightful idiom with lots of divergent meanings. Thanks for the muse.

Hasn’t the court signaled strongly enough that they will manage the election outcome?
They already decided one election this century.

At the chip design and manufacturing level, AI assisted data analysis shortens iterations so the software improves the hardware. There’s always synthetically generated data to train on.
Inference is cheap. Training is the power hog.

AI has the ability to create substantial electrical energy scarcity. That’s inflationary.
The existing AI builds are certainly not going to remain in effect very long. The software design guys are coming up with energy cost reductions for computation and the curve is exponential.

Exactly. When congress wrote specific legislation against engaging conflict in Nicaragua (Boland amendment) the executive saw that as a congressional attack on the Reagan Doctrine.
These justices were ass deep in it then.
Boland amendment was not respected as the will of the people.

Yeah, maybe triggered a little. I love dogs. Teach your dogs to not initiate play.
Play starts when human says. This is just common sense.
Did you initiate play with the dog? I should have asked that first.

Not a kick, lift leg, extend ankle, push back. The mechanics of a dog jumping up to initiate play or attack are similar enough that the counter is the same. Dog don’t get hurt, I don’t get hurt, and usually dog is out of play mode.
The message is train dogs to not initiate play with strangers.

I don’t care what dog or owner or it the animal is friendly and meaning to play. If a dog approached me and the front paws come off the ground, I’m ready with a powerful leg to block and if possible, forcibly reverse the momentum of somebody’s precious pet.
I do not deserve to bleed for your pet.

I will not countenance any serious modification of SCOTUS that does not include the appointment of Barrack Obama. He should also oversee the 5th circuit.

They are doing it for Saint Bork.
.. and by extension, Scalia.
The story is that Biden rejected Bork because he wasn't a lefty. That's non-sense. Bork was rejected because he fired Archibald Cox after the DOJ chain of command refused to do so. Bork wanted absolute presidential power.

The people of the genre don't know how to play 2D chess.

Smart employers have been doing this for decades. It’s about making sure you do not miss the better hires and then not fully enabling the best hires. Convincing boardrooms that DEI doesn’t work is just a precursor to dissolving EEOC. DEI started as EEOC compliance.

The unknown gets bigger and heavier to push back so bringing up capable minds as reinforcements towards the effort becomes a bigger task as well. I wouldn’t expect this to change.
This requires disparate aptitudes so I’m always impressed with academics for that.

Great reply, thanks for your time and words. Nutritional needs change with pregnancy, it’s good to pursue the mechanisms we may have that are present to serve those needs.
This learning could open up other areas of study and maybe isolate other paths of environmental disruption of function.

Who says progressives can’t focus on a single issue?
Did anyone notice that the distraction machine has not had all the attention for a few days? It’s been really nice.
Thank you, President and non-felon Joe Biden for your predictably poor performance. The left is talking about good things.

Anyone thinking in terms of the Edith Wilson precedent? That might be more likely than Kamala. Jill Biden could pull off an Edith.
Reagan was pretty far gone when he finished. I’m pretty sure the United States has survived a number of cases of cognitive disability in the chief executive.
