So what’s your alternative? I mean you must be old enough to know every politician makes campaign promises. How far they get depends in part on circumstances beyond their control. Biden got pretty far in his first term.

Neither will anyone else you could possibly vote for, for the very reasons you already stated. So now you'll only vote for Biden if he says, "I can't do anything to help anyone because Congress is broken."
