The theory I'm working with for Clarence Thomas is that he believes so strongly in both innate biological differences and the power of grit because that makes him feel like even more of a special boy who deserves special privileges. I don't know anything about Henderson, but perhaps same?

Ok, but what if the spaceship was the main character? Ancillary Justice, by Ann Leckie is pretty amazing and if you get it in audiobook form it's read by Adjoa Andoh which is an extra treat. Like all great Sci-fi it's more about ideas than about spaceships and lasers but it's got pulpy fun too.

He should, but not on something harmless. Something big, that shows he's willing to play hardball to save the country. Something that shows the SCOTUS unmistakeably that they done fucked up. But he's not that guy. It's why he was the wrong choice in 2020 and is even more wrong now.

I think it's time for the president to take a drastic step to show that he's serious about fighting for our country. Show the SCOTUS why their ruling was bad. Make it a twofer and resign, immediately after, allowing Kamala Harris to take over the presidency and the campaign.

Happened to my friend as well. His daughter was walking their dog on a leash in their park and an unleashed dog charged and ripped it up. The owners eventually pulled their dog off, said "sorry" and ran to their car and drove away, leaving a 12-year old alone with her dog bleeding and dying. Awful.
