From reading a few studies years ago, I thought the main risk of having six drinks a week isn't the six drinks, it's that the one bottle of wine you drink on sunday also becomes a bottle on tuesday, etc. Those who drink daily, even a little, have a much higher risk of eventually becoming alcoholics.

Ik denk dat zowel jezelf in brand steken en voor Oekraïne vechten niet echt dingen zijn die je doet op impuls. Dat je het ziet op het nieuws en denkt 'ah dat wil ik ook'. Wat heel veel dingen wel zijn hoor, anorexia is een voorbeeld. Of vakantie in IJsland. Jezelf in brand steken hoort er niet bij.
