Positive or additive quoteskeets are good. Quotedunking usually results in a block from me. When a big account does it to someone with like a couple hundred followers, I will often block them. There are ethical ways to quotedunk: screenshot, remove pfp & username to dunk the idea, not the person.

Yes! There are some big accounts that I genuinely liked "there" who I've seen quote small accounts here in order to misstate what their argument actually was and it really stands out here.
