I volunteer for an org where I write and edit things to support community initiatives. I get anxiety at in-person events, but this gives me a way to support causes I care about without having to do that. Also, money. I donate direct MA and to charitable organizations that I trust.

I've also volunteered at events where there are low to limited social interactions, like being a clicker counter at a queer film festival. I get to help out and still be a part of things, but without getting overwhelmed.
