They're not even pretending they are gonna do that. This is the problem. How many Democrats have you seen arguing for that? No, instead we're gonna "have a conversation about judicial reform" Great. A conversation. That will save us from fascism.

I think it's gotta start somewhere, and we're seeing more mainstream Democrats (like Tina Smith) talking about it expansion in explicit terms. It doesn't happen all at once, but we're closer to reaching that consensus than we were four years ago.
