Selbsthilfeportale liefern (wenn sie richtig bestückt sind!!!) schnellere Lösungen für mehr Leute. Das verkürzt die Wartezeiten in der Warteschleife und gibt dem Kunden wneiger Zeit, sich in die Sache reinzusteigern.

We've decided if we were only allowed to keep one KCS-rule, we'd choose this one. Would tank the utility of it as a knowledge management methodology, but we'd at least foster an environment where people aren't thinking of quitting every day.
