Just to get this on the record once again, there is no preventive vaccine against human rabies and no well documented case of anyone surviving without quickly getting the post exposure prophylaxis— it’s actually a miracle that animal vaccines are available, not a scam

There are preexposure human rabies vaccines, but they are prioritized for at-risk workers due to cost/supply. The canine rabies vaccine is far superior, as 99% of rabies cases come from dogs. Only a handful of people survive rabies past the symptomatic phase, it's usually fatal.
