If the govt had not conceded on conscience what do you think that would’ve have meant for how the Court decided this case (and will decide EMTALA)?

I agree it’s a shit concession with broad and troubling implications but that would also be true of a decision allowing a bunch of bozos to challenge drug approvals or allowing states to trump federal law with their bullshit bans.
