It's so exhausting. He said it to a room full of Silicon Valley techbros because they would lap it up, but it is complete bullshit. He doesn't mean a word of it, as he stated it it's incredibly stupid, and he definitely knows not one thing about the currently existing rules and opportunities.

Crazy that there is not one word in this article about the “Muslim Ban,” the first version of which, if it was not immediately enjoined by the courts, would have locked green card holders with certain nationalities out of the country if they happened to be overseas when it was enacted.

The very best case of a 2nd term of DJT (i.e., if courts, congress, security forces restrain him) involves DoE authorizing financial aid to green card diploma mills, many of which are online schools that use largely LLMs in place of faculty.
