There are a few EVs that exceed the range of gas cars. Upgrade to a 220/240V and U can charge from 0 to full in 8 hrs. You never have 2 go 2 a gas station. Long trips - plan your stop (ICE cars too!) & eat lunch while charging. Fast charge 0 to full in 45 min.

You’ll get no argument from me about them being good for leisurely long distance, where you’re stopping for lunch and whatnot.
