I handle the yellow copies at The Department of Redundancy Department. Maybe if popular opinion was usually right, doing what’s right would usually be as easy as doing what’s popular. I’ve noticed it consistently is not.

I keep a generous patch of shaggy lawn myself, so I get that aspect. Different things are appropriate to different locations, and I don’t know yours, m8. I also understand people in tight residential areas worrying about slippery slope conditions 🤷‍♂️

“Location, location, location.” The condition of a piece of real estate affects the value of the other real estate in the area, which is a lot of people’s only significant asset. Doesn’t exclude the neighbor from also being an asshole tho.

I was going to watch the debate, even tho it’s really performance art and not an actual debate, but it’s a binary choice, so it really doesn’t matter. If they put a head in a jar and run it against Trump, I’ve no choice but to vote for the head in the jar.

To each their own, I’ve enjoyed most of his stuff. I knew people who were a lot like those in his movies, but they weren’t me at all, so it was perfect. A fun cinematic ride without being bored to death by watching my own story played back at me. It works 🤷‍♂️

I get the impression that my friend, Lori, is still kinda friendly with him. He got her (now ex) husband to shift his focus to acting instead of all music, and he ultimately went A-list. I’ve only heard of Nic being a decent guy, but haven’t met him.
