I’m bang on centre at 4 grind and even this produces so much coffee if I want a double I have to go: Single Remove the portafilter and shake flat Single Remove and tamp And even then I *still* have to shave some off with the razor

Oh wow. No I've never had any issues like that, but yeah it's almost certainly the beans. I find this very helpful
