Sure. But: (1) They exist. (2) If they're being blown off, there's little reason to believe that attempts at criminal enforcement would fare any better.

It's true that at that point, any pretense of living under the rule of law has collapsed, the Constitution is a dead letter, etc. But it's a big step in that direction to deny even the theoretical basis on which such court orders (like criminal laws directly) could be enforced against a president.
