I need a new trash can that locks. Valiant has worked out how to open my trash can so I want to prevent problems. My trash has nooks and crannies that helps the roaches hide. This would help with recycling as well.

Okay folks from or around Ottawa. I want to take Valiant to be neutered & I'm looking into options for places that do it for a lower cost. Ottawa's Spay & neuter clinic requires a $75 deposit and would cost $364-410 depending on weight (based on their website). Other options?
